The grapes used for Zero Sugar Wine are harvested early when they contain minimal sugars. Our winemaker Daniële then combines unique and traditional fermentation techniques to convert all sugars into alcohol in a completely natural way. This fermentation process ensures that all sugars in the grapes are fully converted into alcohol, leaving no residual sugars, unlike other quality wines.
Yes, all PURE Zero Sugar wines contain 10.5% alcohol.
